Our retreat centre is situated right on the ocean with views stretching out into the bay. We're blessed by the sparkling waters of the Pacific and are graced by the setting sun. The hot tub is at the ocean’s edge and there are lawns to lounge and play.
Your body will be nourished by fresh morning juices and scrumptious, healthy home cooked vegetarian food. If you do have special requirements, please do let us know.
Retreat activities throughout the day will look something like this:
We’ll be waking up our bodies at dawn out on the lawn with beautiful simple morning movement meditation (qi gong). We’ll be grounding ourselves and connecting with this sacred land with our intention and movement. We’ll be blessing and calling in our dolphin friends.
We’ll be swimming out into the ocean in our pod with the intention of communing with magical wild spinner dolphins. *
To help us embody and powerfully manifest our intentions we’ll be taking part in rituals, some based on local Hawaiian traditions.
Sharing circles and simple guided meditations to support and power up the Pod and integrate our experiences.....
Sacred Cacao Ceremony and Five Element Dance, sipping raw cacao elixir and dancing in our intentions to the rhythms of the five elements of nature...
A whale watching boat trip (TBC).
To encourage our creative juices to flow and to activate our envisioning power we’ll be engaging in playful art projects on the lawn.
Visit to local market to get a taste of local artisan's crafts, food from the land and sample local home grown and home cooked delights...
An opportunity to pamper your body and soul from local healers, including Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massages.
The accommodation in the beautiful retreat house is mainly in shared rooms with stunning views. There are a few individual rooms available too.
*nb: Although last year, the dolphins came every day, we of course, cannot guarantee you will swim with them.
*nb: There is no experience necessary for any of the above activities - all is easy and compassionately guided.
*nb: These activities are based on last year’s retreat and aim to give an idea as opposed to a fixed structure.
